December '15 in Review

Happy New Year’s Eve! It’s been an eventful December with work and the Christmas holidays, but it has also been awesome to get to spend precious time with family and friends lately. But that also meant time away from the blog…but here’s a few things that I shared this month:

Spending Black Friday in Dallas Museum of Art

Dallas Museum of Art

Uhh yeah I know, Black Friday was back in November. But I was a lazy butt and didn’t post until this month. Good news, though, is that I have a ton of backlogged posts that I will share (eventually). So stick around, there’s more good stuff to come!

Snapshots: Deep Ellum

Lula B's Deep Ellum

…with this being one of those backlogged posts, heh heh. Deep Ellum may be one of my favorite Dallas neighborhoods. See more pics of the ‘hood and it’s awesome murals here!

Niagara Falls

Untitled

Whelp, I finally got around to sharing these pics from Niagara Falls. They were some of my favorite that I took on the East Coast Tour from October. Niagara was hands-down one of the highlights of that trip.

A Texan Wildlife Safari

At last, something that I actually did this month! One of the coolest experiences I’ve had with animals so far…until I go on a real African safari (at some point in my life), that is.

Aaaand rounding out the end of the month and year with a list of my top 10. I recently saw a quote online that could not be more true: “The best things in life are not things.”

So if you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen that I’m currently in sunny California (again)!

It’s seriously one of my favorite places. Even after visiting it during spring break, I was still eager to come back for more! I’ll post about Cali once I return home after New Year’s, but until then, you can follow my #californiaadventure on Instagram. 😀

How were your holidays? Hope you had a safe, enjoyable time with your loved ones!
