Back at Home (Dallas, TX)…

I’ve been quite busy this month, so I explored less locally than I wished. But there’s some cool events coming up in Dallas – namely, Tacolandia!! Words cannot describe how excited I am to eat unlimited samples of tacos. A blog update on this event will definitely come soon!

Sooo this month I finally put on my big girl pants and got a job. And a vehicle to get me to said job. Yep, I am officially a tax paying citizen! And will stick around Dallas for some time, so expect more posts from here! If you’re from the DFW area, drop a comment on your fave things to eat/see/do!

TV & Movies

  • ANTM Season 22 (I know. Don’t judge me. It’s been 4 years since I gave in to this urge.)
  • Arrested Development Season 1
  • Face-Off Season 9

Ok yeah, I read some YA stuff when I was bored this month. But the stand out book was the Red Rising series. Such a great plot + characters + wit. On my toes waiting for Book #3…

Red Rising
Shatter Me
Unravel Me
Ignite Me
Destroy Me
Golden Son
A Court of Thorns and Roses
The Reason I Jump: The Inner Voice of a Thirteen-Year-Old Boy with Autism

How was your month?

Thanks for reading!
